By engaging with ECA Group Sdn Bhd—whether renting a vehicle, utilizing our SaaS platforms, or entering a SewaBeli agreement—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To engage our services, you must meet the respective legal thresholds (e.g., holding a valid competent driving license for car rentals). All systems and platforms are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Rent-to-own (SewaBeli) contracts are subject to separate specialized binding agreements. Late payments, tracking mechanisms, and asset ownership transfers are strictly governed by those individual contracts.
ECA Group Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from system downtimes, external network traffic fluctuations, or driver operations.
